SACRAMENTO, Calif. (PSN) — An adult male was critically injured in a gang-related shooting at the Valero gas station near Fulton Avenue and Northrop Avenue, according to a media release from the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office.
The victim was shot multiple times, including at least once in the face. He was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and remains in critical condition.
North Patrol deputies, detectives, and crime scene investigators (CSI) are currently on scene, investigating the incident. No further details about the suspect or motive have been released.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office is urging anyone with information to come forward.
