ROSEVILLE, Calif. (PSN)— A suspect was taken into custody Saturday evening following a reported knife-related altercation between roommates in a Roseville neighborhood, authorities said.
Officers with the Roseville Police Department responded to the 500 block of Church Street on March 28, 2026, after receiving reports of a physical altercation involving a knife.
Police said the suspect fled the residence before officers arrived. No injuries were reported.
Officers established a perimeter and conducted an extensive search of the surrounding neighborhood. About an hour later, the suspect surrendered and was taken into custody without incident at approximately 8:19 p.m.
Authorities said the suspect was booked on a charge of attempted homicide.
No additional information about the suspect or circumstances leading up to the altercation was immediately released. The investigation remains ongoing.
