SACRAMENTO, Calif. (PSN) – Early this morning, Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office responded to a distress call from a transient male near Howe Avenue and El Camino Avenue. The caller, a man in his 60s, reported being stabbed in the face. PSN talks with Sgt. Amar Gandhi about the incident.
